Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is updating its regional transportation plan. VRT staff recently met with the public and local leaders throughout the Valley to gather input.

Mayor David Bieter today joined with Boise neighborhood associations at the Borah Community Garden to announce the 2011 recipients of the City of Boise Neighborhood Reinvestment Grants program. This year Boise awarded $382,345 for 12 capital projects, plus an additional $13,898 for 9 “mini-grant” projects, for a total benefit to neighborhoods of$396,373.
