The hearing will be held on February 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall. The Planning and Zoning Commission<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">recommended approval of the amendment at its December 6, 2010, meeting.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">The amendment will allow the Boise City Zoning Administrator to decide requests for<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">certain variances, including any variance in a residential zone, provided there is no adverse<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">comment from neighbors or the neighborhood association.
