Arborists from Boise Parks and Recreation&#8217;s Community Forestry division and other professionals will teach a series of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/e2ma.net\/go\/11580979052\/4147415\/112980070\/9521\/goto:http:\/\/www.cityofboise.org\/Departments\/Parks\/PDF\/treecareflyer.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">free tree-care classes<\/a>\u00a0starting Feb. 29.<\/p>\n<p>Classes will meet from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays starting Feb. 29 in the\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/e2ma.net\/go\/11580979052\/4147415\/112980071\/9521\/goto:http:\/\/www.boisepubliclibrary.org\/default.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Boise Public Library<\/a>\u00a0Hayes Auditorium, 715 S.
