It starts at\u00a011:30 a.m., when Mayor Bieter joins the Boise Bicycle Project in leading a bike parade from City Hall to Julia Davis Park.<\/p>\n<p>The main party starts at\u00a0noon\u00a0and runs through\u00a05 p.m.\u00a0There will be music and entertainment at the Gene Harris Bandshell and at four other locations throughout the park, including a vintage fashion and car show, Civil War re-enactments, community booths, BOISE 150 merchandise, more than 20 food trucks and two beer gardens.
