The Clubhouse Event Center | 7311 Potomac Dr. | Boise<\/em><\/p>\n

4:30-5:30 p.m.\u00a0 \u2013 Businesses | 5:30-7:30 p.m. \u2013 General public<\/p>\n

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD), the City of Boise and the City of Meridian have been developing an access management plan to increase safety and reduce congestion along Fairview Avenue between Orchard Street in Boise and Linder Road\u00a0 in Meridian.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The plan proposes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Installing raised medians\u00a0– currently scheduled for 2014<\/em><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Consolidating driveways –\u00a0occurs only through redevelopment<\/em><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/sup>Requiring cross access –\u00a0sharing access between properties and parking areas<\/em><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0U-turns<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The open house is an opportunity for the public to view the specific changes proposed for Fairview, ask questions and provide input.<\/p>\n
