Crews are working Thursday to clean up a Boise park after play structure was vandalized.
The vandals used black spray paint to draw a swastika and write multiple racial slurs on the play equipment at Mountain View Park.
Boise Parks and Recreation employees are working now to scrub the paint away. The park is located off of Ustick Road, next to Mountain View Elementary.
Boise Police say they are investigating the playground vandalism, which is believed to have happened sometime overnight. No arrests have been made in the case.

Community outreach Fairmont Park Improvements

Please Join us on
Thursday November 9th at 7:00 at the Library! on Cole and Ustick.

Rubber is about to hit the road on a project WBNA first initiated in August of 2015
A proposal was made to add Picnic area and walking paths to Fairmont Park.

It’s grant season there are some critical decisions that need to be made concerning WBNA’s proposed upgrades to Fairmont Park.

The Neighborhood Improvement Grant system requires a neighborhood outreach meeting to provide feedback on plans exceeding $10,000. This meeting will serve to meet that requirement
You are encouraged to attend to provide feedback on the Fairmont Improvement plans.

See you next week.
